EFORIE CITY- PRESENTATION

 

Composed of two resorts (Eforie Nord and Eforie Sud), the city Eforie is located on the coastal strip between the Black Sea and Techirghiol Lake, 19 km from the city of Constanţa. Its population exceeds 10 000 inhabitans.
The oldest seaside resort of the Romanian Black Sea coast, the city Eforie developed as a tourist city and is internationally recognized as a center for treatment for various illnesses with natural methods.
The treatment facilities are open all year round and are specialized in the treatment of rheumatic, dermatological and bone system illnesses. Among the factors that contribute to the healing of these illnesses, we can mention the highly mineralized water, Techirghiol Lake mud, bathrooms with saltwater from Techirghiol Lake and aerosols.
The wide beach, about 3 km long, and also the spectacular cliff, 35 m high, of Eforie recommended the city as a destination for vacation, the tourists enjoying many recreational facilities, sports fields, swimming pools, water sports accessories, etc.
