NAVODARI CITY - PRESENTATION

 

Located on the isthmus between Taşaul Lake and Siutghiol Lake, the city Năvodari is at a distance of 10 km from Constanţa municipality and has a wide beach and a marine climate rich of aerosols.
The administrative area of the Năvodari city is 7031.82 ha.
Population
The town's population exceeds 32,300 inhabitants, most of them of Romanian nationality, which coexist with Turkish, Tatar, Lipovan Russians and Roma ethnic.
Short Description
The city Năvodari developed around the industrial platform Petromidia, the largest refinery in the south-eastern Europe. The refinery and the entire industrial platform are supported by the port Midia Năvodari, designed and built for this type of activity.
Also, in the last period, the city Năvodari is relieved as a major residential and tourist city at regional level. In this regard, an important point of attraction of the city Năvodari it is represented by the the complex of camps, considered the largest in south-eastern Europe, with a capacity of more than 4800 places of accommodation.
